Returns

Exchange or Store Credit Only for In-store & Online purchases.

*Please note that we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on SALE items, personalized or custom-made pieces*

For all other purchases you can return them for an exchange* or credit within 14 days of receipt.

1. We do not provide a refund on the postage required to return item(s). We strongly suggest that you send the item(s) with a tracking number.  Contact us by email with the tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

2. Email us with the subject: RETURN and provide the tracking number and, if possible, a reason for your return.  We want you to be satisfied and would be more than happy to assist. Click here

3. Send the items to be returned to our store (address below) with a note stating your order number and name as well as proof of purchase. Please note: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we are in receipt of said item. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit. This may take up to ten business days.

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide.  To be eligible for a return:

  • the item is in its original packaging and includes any tags
  • the item is NOT damaged or has NOT been worn
  • the item is in a resalable condition  

 Anything beyond this will be at our discretion. 

*Please note: Since many of the items we have are often unique or of limited production, an exact exchange may not always be possible.  However, we do our best to provide what you need.  We may make suggestions for exchange or provide credit for future use.
